Actually, it would be rather nice if you changed your blog name. You’re not really a bitch, Ursula. You are barking mad, there can be no question of that, but you are not a bitch. Why don’t you call yourself something soft and fluffy like Berliner Weisse (mit schuss) or Salzburger Nockerl?
I am still waiting for your Rotkohl recipe and if you can give me one for Sauerbraten as well, I would be very grateful. There is a Brazilian meat cut here called Picanha which, I think, would be perfect for Sauerbraten.
