Bitch on the Blog

Am swimming. Holding on to the life raft which constitutes my dignity. I don’t care about my dignity. Only reminding myself of it to spite the person who’d love nothing better than for me to lose it. And lose it I will. Later.

Never knew that I am able of feeling such contempt. Nay, outright desire that I were different and capable of biting someone where it hurts. Like where? You can’t hurt the stoically insensitive.

Oh yes.

  2. Why do you want to hurt people? Are they hurting you?

    • Sorry, BHB. You’ve lost me. Why would I want to hurt anyone? I made an observation. Spur of the moment. That, possibly for the first time in my life, I feel heart felt contempt for someone but am unlikely to act on it.

It’s actually one of the more fascinating facets of my life that someone will stand on MY toes and expect an apology from ME. Fine, have one [apology]. Have dozens. Just let me get on with which constitutes the pain of MY toe not yours. Thank you so much.

PS The above a fine argument for being small of foot – not so much protruding toe in people’s way.

        • Thanks, BHB: What a relief it is when people just let you be who you are. Don’t you think?

          Affectionately,

          • Yes, I’m a firm believer in be who you are, not to be judged.
