First time ever I am in frenzy of compiling list of what (and not) to do next year. Ideas, recommendations of any of you most welcome.

Years, cheers, and a happy one. If you need to drown: Try and make it a bubble rather than a cauldron.

Hugs, hisses and most affectionately, yours, and not forever,

  1. Can’t think of anything off hand…or otherwise.

New Year Greetings of the friendliest and most loving of kinds to you and yours.

    No more need be said.

    • Thank you, Magpie. And to you. May we, like your namesake, find treasure among rubbish.

  2. Lists? What are these things called “lists”?

May your hands be always stretched out in friendship and never in want. (Irish New Year Wish).

    • WWW, the main purpose of lists is to give you that stupendous satisfaction of ticking off things. Ludicrous, I know. Yet, there is method in madness.

I like lists. I make them. Then ignore them. I am from the generation told that that which you write down anchors itself in the brain. Good. Excellent. Give me forgetfulness and a looming deadline any time.

  3. Ditto. No ideas though! Just have fun and lots of it.

    • Yes, Ramana, there is a lot of fun to be found on the mutual playground of blogging and commenting.

  4. Life is too short for any do overs, so whatever is on your list, make sure it is driven much more by forward desires and free of any guilt of past regrets. Enjoy the present. I’ve given up on lists – too type A at times would drive me to put things I’ve already done, just so I could scratch them off. Besides, the greatest delights always seem to have come from things entirely unplanned. Happy New Year Ursula!
