Yes, Ramana. I read her when very young (late teens). Disliked her intensely. In tandem with Henry Miller who I disliked even more. Possible reason? The innocence of youth. My innocence that is. There are many writers I will give a second ‘chance’ as the years go by: The two of them? I doubt it.
